Covid-19 is an unprecedented event and we understand that it is likely to have an impact on the organisations we work with in a number of different ways. We want to reassure our grantholders that we will be as helpful and flexible as we can to support you over the coming months.
We understand it may be difficult to meet the outcomes of your grant, that you may need to do things or use your funding in different ways or change the timelines that you are working to.
You can also read more about how the Coronavirus context should be taken into account when submitting any new grant applications in Why we turn grants down
Some of the ways we may be able to help you include:
- Changing your activities – it may be difficult to achieve the outputs or outcomes we initially agreed with you at the start of your grant, but you may still be meeting the same costs. Please talk to us if this is the case
- Timescales – if the deadlines we’ve agreed with you for reporting or the delivery of outputs is no longer feasible please let us know
- Budget changes – you may need to use your funding in different ways, and we want to be as flexible as we can on this, allowing you to move money around if you need to, to maintain your work
We’re aware that you will have a lot of demands on your time and energy, so please get in touch with us at the right time for you. Please speak to your grant manager in the first instance or contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
