A Sustainable Livelihoods approach to tacking poverty and financial exclusion »

This report explores the results of an action research project in Stockton-on-Tees. The objective was to engage 'hard to reach' people living in deprived parts of the town and help them to develop effective strategies for increasing both their financial and their non-financial assets.

While there is much discussion around the recession, global capitalism and what principles will underpin economic recovery, ippr has been exploring the particular impacts on families as part of a ground-breaking project on consumer spending and debt.

Developing an outcomes framework for Community Money Advice Centres »

The Foundation wished to support a process to capture the outcomes of the unique approach of Community Money Advice Centres and embed monitoring systems to capture data to enable future self-evaluation.

Charities Evaluation Services (CES) were commissioned to help achieve this and have now produced a report of their work.
