Trustees and staff


As a company limited by guarantee, the Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors, whom we refer to as the Trustees. The Trustees set strategic direction, approve grant applications, monitor grant activities, ensure that all activities are within the agreed charitable objectives and agree the financial plan. Three part-time staff are engaged to run the day-to-day operations.
