How to get in touch with the Foundation
For application enquiries or any general enquiries we would prefer you to contact us by e-mail.
You may also use the postal address or telephone number quoted below. If you do choose to contact us by telephone please note that at busy times and outside of our office hours of Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm you may leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We strive to provide a high level of customer service, and be responsive to the needs of enquirers, applicants and grantholders, within the resource constraints we have to operate to. However, should you be unhappy with the way your enquiry has been handled, or the way your funding application or grant is being administered, please raise this with the member of Foundation staff who has been dealing with your case in the first instance, who will try to put things right.
If you are unhappy with the way in which the main contact has tried to address your concerns and would like to raise a formal complaint, you should write to the Foundation Director, who will try to resolve the matter. If your complaint relates to the Foundation Director, you should write to the Chair of the Foundation (using the address at the foot of this page), marking your letter ‘private and confidential’. Please note, however, that funding decisions, which are made at the absolute discretion of Trustees, cannot be challenged - although we are always happy to give feedback.
