Community energy is at a crossroads, following recent reductions in government support and subsidy.

This paper summarises a meeting held on 5 July 2016 to explore its current status, opportunities for moving forward, and to consider the role that funding could play in the future development of the community energy field. The meeting was organised by the Friends Provident Foundation and Environmental Funders Network, and attended by experts in the field, funders and interested parties.
